RE Narrate
RE Narrate is a young, value-driven, social impact company that conducts evidence-based research, offers consulting services and implements innovative empowerment projects in the area of migration, diaspora, civil society and sustainable development. RE Narrate works at the intersection of research, policy, and practice, collaborating with governmental and non-governmental institutions, public and private sector actors to promote social and research justice.
Our Mission
Renarrate means to retell or to relate again in a different way, reimagining or and reconstructing a narrative in a new perspective. Based on the principles of cooperation and partnership, RE Narrate's goal is to unlock the power of knowledge for social change. We aim to challenge dominant narratives on migration and sustainable development, and to contribute to policy-making approaches through strategic research, training, and collaborations.
Centralizing community voices and leadership is an important effort to facilitate genuine, lasting social change. RE Narrate conduct and promote research that is community-driven, participatory, and action-oriented, combining research with education and community involvement. Our work focuses on building bridges with communities, civil society, and grassroots organizations to transform ideas into actions that make a difference in our communities. To achieve this, we aim to develop the capacity of community organizations, grassroots organizations, and advocacy groups to utilize research as a tool for empowerment.
Our Team
Our team combines expertise across a range of thematic topics, experience in the use of different data collection tools and analysis methods, with a knowledge of diverse geographical and political contexts, especially in Europe and the WANA (West Asia and North Africa) Region. We are well-skilled in project management and strategic planning and are passionate about supporting concepts to promote space for self-organization and civic organizing. RE Narrate is also able to draw on our team’s diversity and multilingualism, as our team and consultants are fluent in German, English, Arabic and Turkish.
